Besides, he had special compassion for prisoners, soldiers and the sick. He was also the spiritual director of several Roman Colleges. The society founded by Pallotti has numerous institutions in 46 countries across the globe. In India, the Pallottines have premier educational as well as institutions of higher learning in Maharashtra, Goa, Chhattisgarh, Madhya Pradesh, Delhi, Jharkhand, Bihar, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka and Kerala. The Nagpur Pallottine Society, which manages St. Vincent Pallotti College of Engineering & Technology, is a part of this International Society.

Key Points:
- Relaxation of 5% for SC/ST candidates in eligibility criteria is given. There is no age limit for admission and appearing to MHT-CET.
- 20% seats of the total intake are filled through Institute/ Management Quota and 65% seats are filled through CAP.
- MHT-CET consists of two papers Paper 1 and Paper2. Paper 1 is of Mathematics and Paper 2 is of Chemistry and Physics.
- Each paper is of 100 marks and is of 90 minutes duration. Approximately 20% weight age will be given to standard XI syllabus and 80% weight age will be given to standard XII syllabus.
- Other state candidates including J & K candidates, will be allotted seats on the basis of JEE Main scores only. However, for Maharashtra state candidates it is mandatory to appear for MHT-CET.
St Vincent Pallotti College of Engineering and Technology offers M.Tech degree in two disciplines.
Minimum Eligibility for the M.Tech. is Candidate must have done BE/B.Tech. in relevant discipline with 50% marks from any recognized University.
Selection of candidates to the M.Tech. is done on the basis of GATE scores.

Note: 20% of the total seats in the M.Tech. are filled at the institute level by the college itself, rest 80% of the seats are allotted through CAP.
St Vincent Pallotti College of Engineering and Technology Application Process 2021.
Application Process for admission and counselling for both M.Tech. is online. Candidates having valid score in respective entrance exams have to apply for Counseling by following below steps:
- Visit the DTE official Website.
- Upload the scanned copies of required documents.
- Pay the fees through online method.
- Submit the filled application form.
- After submitting the application form online, candidates shall report to any Facilitation Centre, along with a signed printout of online filled application form and the required original documents for verification.
- The Facilitation Centre In-charge shall confirm candidate’s application form through the online system and issue the receipt cum acknowledgement of the application form.
- The online application will be accepted only after the applicant submits the hard copy of the form with relevant documents at the facilitation centres.
- After verification of documents, candidates will have to participate in choice filling and locking. Candidates will be able to fill in the online option form through their login.
- Option form received through online submission only will be considered for allotment.
- Provisional Allotment list of CAP indicating allotted institute and course will be published on the website.
- Candidates will have to report to Admission Reporting Centre.
Application Fees:
- B.Tech: INR 800 (INR 600 for SC/ST/PWD candidates)
- M.Tech.: INR 1,000 (INR 800 for Reserved Category candidates from Maharashtra State and Persons with Disability candidates from Maharashtra)
Documents Required at the time of verification at the facilitation centres are as follows:
- SSC (standard X) mark sheet.
- HSC/Diploma mark sheet.
- Qualifying Examination mark sheet.
- Mark sheet/Score Card of the entrance test.
- School Leaving Certificate.
- Certificate of the Indian Nationality of the candidate.
- Domicile/Birth/Leaving certificate (for candidates seeking Home State Quota).
- Caste certificate (if Applicable).
