SPJIMR offers Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM), a full-time residential Program for 2 years duration. This course is deemed equivalent to an MBA degree. 

Eligibility: 

• Candidates must have a minimum of 50% in bachelor’s degree.
• Work experience is not compulsory, but freshers as well as professionals with less than 5 years work experience can apply.
• Valid CAT or GMAT score.

• Interviews Shortlist: Institutes shortlist the first section of candidates for the first interview process. The criteria for shortlisting process are:

SP Jain Institute of Management and Research Mumbai popularly known as SPJIMR released its 2021 placement report for the PGDM batch in a record time of two days, over 75 new recruiters participated in the placement drive, who offered an Average package worth INR. 26.06. LPA.

Around 50% of the batch was offered Pre-Placement Offers and 26.2% of the batch was offered the package of INR 30 LPA or more.

During the placement drive, the consulting sector emerged as the top recruiting sector with offers rolled out to 36 per cent of the batch of 233 participants. Some of the top recruiters were- Colgate-Palmolive, Hindustan Unilever, L'Oréal, Marico, Mondelez, Procter & Gamble, Barclays, Citibank, Flipkart, Amazon, Boston Consulting Group, Capgemini ELITE, Mahindra GMC, RPG, and etc.

The institute has also released its autumn summer internship report in which 88 companies participated and the Highest Stipend stood at INR 3.2 Lakhs whereas the Average Stipend stood at INR 2 Lakhs.
