Applicants must have a COMMON ADMISSION TEST (CAT 2021) or a valid GMAT score to be eligible for admission to the PGDM, PGDM-HRM, PGPM-IB programs of MDI Gurgaon and PGDM program of MDI Murshidabad. Applicants with both scores should clearly specify which one they wish to be considered. Only one of the two scores shall be considered in the selection process.

ONLINE APPLICATION PROCESS

• The online application form for all three programmes of MDI Gurgaon and PGDM of MDI, Murshidabad shall be available on the MDI website https://www.mdi.ac.in. with necessary instructions.
• Online registration will be open till Friday, November 26, 2021, 17:00 hrs.
• Candidates have to make an online payment of Rs.3000 (Rupees three thousand only) inclusive of 18% GST irrespective of the number of programmes they apply for MDI Gurgaon.
• Candidates applying for both MDI-G and MDI-M have to make an online payment of Rs. 3590 (Rupees three thousand five hundred ninety only) inclusive of 18% GST.
• NRI Candidates for MDI Gurgaon and Foreign Nationals/Gulf Quota/OCI candidates for MDI Murshidabad will have to make an online payment of Rs. 8496 (Rupees eight thousand four hundred ninety-six only) inclusive of 18% GST.

• * The candidates must have 50% marks or equivalent CGPA in both class X and XII.
• * The candidate must have minimum 3-year Bachelor’s Degree, with at least 50% marks or equivalent CGPA in any discipline from any University incorporated by an Act of the Central or State legislature in India or other educational institutions established by an Act of Parliament or declared as deemed to be University under Section 3 of UGC Act, 1956, or possess an equivalent qualification recognized by the Ministry of HRD, Government of India.
• The Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification obtained by the candidate must entail a minimum of three years of education after completing higher secondary schooling (10+2) or equivalent. Candidates appearing for the final examination for the Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent examination) and completing all requirements for obtaining the Bachelor’s degree by 30th June, 2022 can also apply, subject to furnishing evidence to that effect latest by 1st October, 2022; otherwise, they may be asked to withdraw from the programme.

Around 128 companies participated in the final placement process, as compared to 126 companies last year. More than half of these recruiters comprised new recruiters including Airbnb, BMW Group India, D.E. Shaw, Google, Johnson and Johnson, Reckitt Benckiser, The Chesapeake Group, Thoucentric and ZS Associates.

The highest salary package for INR. 44 LPA witnessed an 8.6% jump in comparison to the previous year. The average salary too, increased by 5% from INR. 22.05 LPA in 2020 to INR. 23.15 LPA in 2021. 

The median CTC also witnessed a hike by nearly 3 lakhs as the median salary package offered to students stood at INR. 23 LPA.

Technology, Telecommunication & Media, and FMCD/FMCG sectors saw the highest number of new recruiters this year.
