QUALIFICATION FOR B.A.M.S ADMISSION – AS PER C.C.I.M / AYUSH / RGUHS - NORMS:

12th Standard with science or any other equivalent examination recognized by concerned State Government and Education Boards, Provided the candidate passes the examination with 50% aggregate marks in the subjects of physics, Chemistry and Biology

DURATION OF B.A.M.S COURSE:

  • Degree Course 5.1/2 years. Comprising

    • a) I- Professional – 1st year 12-months
    • b) II- Professional – 2nd year 12-months
    • c) III- Professional – 3rd year 12-months
    • d) Final Professional - 4th year 18-months
    • e) Compulsory Rotary Internship 12-months

DEGREE TO BE AWARDED

Ayurvedacharaya (Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery – B.A.M.S).

The candidate shall be awarded Ayurvedacharaya (Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery – B.A.M.S) degree after passing the final examination, after completion of prescribed course of study extending over prescribed period and thereafter satisfactory completing the compulsory rotatory Internship extending over twelve months.
