The Karmavir Dadasaheb Kannamwar College of Engineering, situated in the heart of India in Nagpur city, established in 1984 by Backward Class Youth Relief Committee (BCYRC) is one of the leading engineering colleges in Maharashtra State.

Government of Maharashtra has conferred ‘A’ Grade on the basis of excellence & adequate infrastructure as well as academic achievements of students and faculty. It is approved byAICTE New Delhi , DTE,Government of Maharashtra. The college successfully continues to attract attention of scholars from all over the subcontinent.
The college runs under graduate and postgraduate courses i.e two courses with seven branches of Engineering and three PG programs in Mechanical Engineering ,Civil Engineering and Master of Business Administration . In addition to these, college has approved research centre for Ph.D in Civil EngineeringandMechanical Engineering with 15 seats each .

Karmavir Dadasaheb Kannamwar College of Engineering (KDK) offers B.E program in 6 specializations with the total intake of 600. Candidates must have passed the 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics with 50% marks.

The admission is granted on the basis of MHT-CET or JEE Main score. Final admission is offered through Centrallized Admission Process (CAP) conducted by DTE, Maharashtra.

Key Points:

Candidates belonging to the State of Maharashtra will have to appear in the State Common Entrance MHT-CET.
A valid rank either in JEE Main or MHT-CET is mandatory to get shortlisted for the counseling round.
For B.Tech. Lateral Entry, candidates must have a Diploma in Engineering or Technology OR B.Sc. degree and they must have passed 10+2 with Mathematics as a subject securing 45% marks (40$ marks for Reserved and PWD category).

KDK College of Engineering M.Tech & MBA Admission 2021

KDK offers M.Tech and MBA programs in various specializations at PG level. Admission to the M.Tech program is done on the basis of merit in GATE conducted collectively by IITs and IISc. Admission to the MBA program is done on the basis of merit in MHT CET/ CAT/ MAT/ CMAT.

Key Points:

Sponsored candidates having work experience are exempted from GATE exam.

KDK College of Engineering Application Process 2021

For B.E program: Candidates can apply on the official portal of JEE Main or MHT-CET. After the declaration of entrance test result, the candidates have to take part in the DTE counselling process to secure admission in the respective college.

For M.Tech and MBA program: Visit the official website and click on the ‘Admissions’ tab. Fill the application form and attach the following documents:

Class 10th and 12th mark sheet [Proof of DOB]
Mark sheet / Provisional certificate of the qualifying examination.
Caste certificate [SC/ST candidates]
Score card of GATE/MAT/CAT/CMAT
