The Indian Institute of Foreign Trade (IIFT) was established in 1963 as an autonomous body under the Ministry of Commerce & Industry to contribute in the skill building for the external trade sector of India.

 The Institute was granted “Deemed to be University” status in 2002. The National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) has recognized IIFT as Grade ‘A’ Institution in 2005 as well as in 2015. Over the years, IIFT has emerged as a national university with focus on International Business Management and Strategy, and such focus is reflected in all three major activities of the Institute: Research, Training and Education.

IIFT Delhi Full Time MBA-IB Admission 2022:

IIFT Delhi offers a full-time MBA in International Business. It is a 2-year program. Selection to the course is based on IIFT Entrance Exam conducted by NTA followed by WAT and GD-PI rounds.

IIFT Delhi Full Time MBA-IB Eligibility:

The candidates applying for admission to the MBA course must meet the eligibility criteria provided below:

  • Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in any discipline with 50% marks from a recognized institute. 
  • 5% relaxation is provided to the reserved category students (SC, ST, and PWD). 
  • Candidates appearing for a qualifying examination can also apply.
  • There is no age limit for admission to the MBA course at IIFT.

IIFT Delhi Full Time MBA-IB Selection Criteria:

Selection to the MBA program at IIFT is done on the basis of Written Ability Test (WAT), Group Discussion (GD) and Personal Interview (PI) scores. 

How to Apply for IIFT Delhi:

Applicants willing to apply for IIFT Delhi must follow the below-mentioned steps:

  2. Select the desired program and click on the Application link
  3. Now fill the application with personal and academic details.
  4. Pay the required application fee
  5. After payment, submit the application form
  6. Take a printout of filled application for future reference.

PhD Application Process

  1. Download the application form from the official website for Economics or Management.
  2. Fill the application form manually. 
  3. Fill in your personal details, work experience and research work related. 
  4. Paste your recent color passport size photograph. 
  5. Submit the Letter of reference to the referees (2) in the format given in the application form. 
  6. Create a Demand draft of INR 2500/- for General candidates and INR 1250 for SC / ST / PwD candidates in favour of Indian Institute of Foreign Trade payable at New Delhi.
  7. For foreign candidates, the application fee shall cost US $120.
  8. Attach all the necessary documents required with the demand draft wto the application form and send it to:
