Dr. D.Y. Patil Vidyapeeth University requires candidates to fulfill the eligibility criteria in order to seek admission. The eligibility requirement for B.Sc. Nursing , B.Sc Biotechnology is 10+2 in science stream with min. 45% marks in PCBE subjects.
For P.B.B.Sc Nursing., the candidate must have passed the course of General Nursing and Midwifery. Eligibility requirement for B.P.T Physiotherapy and B. Optometry is 10+2 with min. 50% marks in the relevant subjects.
The eligibility criteria for BBA program is a 10+2 in any stream.
Candidates satisfying the eligibility criteria are further required to appear for the AIAHCET entrance test. Candidates having a valid score in the entrance test will be shortlisted for admission to the bachelor programs.
The minimum eligibility criteria for M.Sc. Nursing, M.P.T. and M. Optometry is, the candidate must have passed bachelor’s in the relevant discipline. Admission of the candidates will be done on the basis of their respective Entrance Test score.
Further, for B.Sc. in Biotechnology and Medical Biotechnology admission, the eligibility requirement is passed in Class 12th or equivalent in the relevant subjects with 45% marks.
In M.Tech Integrated Biotechnology, the candidate must have passed XII Std. or equivalent with PCB/Life Sciences with min. 45% marks in PCB subjects.
For Admission to M.Sc. Biotechnology and MBA , the candidate must have done Bachelor’s in the related/any discipline respectively. For admission to M.Tech.program candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of a valid score in the entrance test conducted by the institute.
MBA admissions will be granted on the basis of a valid score in CAT / MAT / XAT / CMAT / ATMA score and GD/PI round following it.

Dr. D.Y. Patil Vidyapeeth University offers B.Sc. Nursing, P.B.B.Sc. Nursing, B.P.T. and B. Optometry courses at the under-graduation level.
Eligibility:
The minimum eligibility under B.Sc. Nursing is, the candidate must have passed 10+2 in the science stream with min. 45% marks in PCBE subjects.
For P.B.B.Sc., the candidate must have passed the course of General Nursing and Midwifery.
Under B.P.T Physiotherapy, the candidate must have passed 10+2 with PCB subjects with the required marks.
