Darbhanga Medical College offers a 5-year MBBS course the UG level. Candidates need to have passed 10+2 or any equivalent examination with Science stream and should have secured minimum aggregate marks of 50%. (45% for OBC/SC/ST).

Admission to this course is done on the basis of merit secured in NEET. While applying for DMC, the candidates need to provide their qualifying rank and marks in the application form. Subsequent counselling will be done on campus.

Key points:

• A maximum reservation of 27% is provided to candidates belonging to the OBC category.
• NEET form has to be filled online and the confirmation along with the documents must be mailed to CBSE.
• NEET admit and result card have to be brought along by the candidate to the counselling.

Candidates seeking admission to the 3-year MD and MS courses at the PG level. Candidates need to have an MBBS degree from any of the recognized state or central universities. Admission to these courses is done on the basis of merit secured in the NEET PG.

Students also need to complete one internship before applying for the NEET examination. The counselling will be done on the Darbhanga Medical Campus for the shortlisted candidates.

Key points:

• Candidates who have completed one year of internship or/are likely to complete the internship on or before March 31, 2018, may apply for NEET PG  through online application system 
• After result declaration, counselling for candidates will be done on the DMC campus.
• A relaxation of 5% in the aggregate marks will be provided for reserved category candidates.
